Reports and Regulations

Citizen Centric Reports

The purpose of CUC’s Citizen-Centric Reporting (CCR) initiative is to help simplify communication between government and its citizens, who have a right to accurate information about the way their government spends their taxpayer dollars

Water Quality Reports

Each year, the US Environmental Protection Agency requires the Commonwealth Utilities Corporation (CUC) to deliver a Consumer Confidence Report, or an annual drinking water quality report, to our customers. These reports provide our customers important information about the quality of the water supplied by the CUC. If you need the water quality report translated, wish to speak with someone about the report, or would like a copy delivered to you, please call CUC at 670-664-4282.

Financial Audits

A financial audit is an objective examination and evaluation of the financial statements of an organization to make sure that the financial records are a fair and accurate representation of the transactions they claim to represent.

Regulations (Title 50)

Title 50 is the principal set of rules and regulations issued by federal agencies of the United States regarding wildlife and fisheries. Maintained by the Office of the Federal Register, it is available in digital and printed form, and can be referenced online the Electronic Code of Federal Regulations (e-CFR).
